Brian Savoie is a seasoned association education executive who currently serves as RAPS's senior vice president, education and international programs. In this role, Savoie is responsible for RAPS's conferences, in-person and online workshops, and credentialing programs. Brian's passion is to create transformative education experience throughout an individual's lifetime. He is an award winning educational producer across a variety of media. Brian received numerous awards for his work including an Emmy award. Savoie has served on numerous board and leadership roles across professional associations. Savoie is a past Vice Chair and board member of the Producers Guild of America - National Capital Region. He has served on the children's television peer group of the Television Academy. Brian lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife, Deborah, and his son, Caleb, when they are not looking for new places to SCUBA dive or setting up the perfect Aurora Borealis picture.
