Bill Tubbs is the Vice President and Head of Regulatory Affairs at Visterra, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Otsuka America Inc. He has over 20 years of experience working with biologics on both CMC and clinical development in small and large companies. He has worked on a variety of biological products including a blood substitute, plasma proteins, vaccines, recombinant proteins in a variety of therapeutic areas including nephrology, autoimmune, oncology and infectious diseases.
