Griffin Riggs, MS graduated from the University of Southern California in 2023 with both his Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Sciences from Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences and his Master of Science in Management of Drug Development from Mann School of Pharmacy. Griffin took interest in Regulatory Affairs during his undergraduate studies after joining the Regulatory Science Research Team at USC before beginning his master’s studies in the Department of Regulatory and Quality Sciences. During his studies, Griffin held internships in both the medical device and pharmaceutical industries with Olympus and Eli Lilly, respectively, where he gained valuable early career experience and established professional relationships in the life sciences. He spent the first few months of his career in regulatory consulting as a part of the Regulatory Affairs Leadership Program with Network Partners Group before taking on his current role as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at Alphatec Spine. In his current role, Griffin works on new product innovation at Alphatec Spine advising cross- functional project teams on regulatory considerations and authoring regulatory documentation including letters to file and 510(k)s along with other sustaining regulatory activities.
